Had the Hot Spot Special kebab and the quality was fantastic. Chips nice and crisp, meat very tender and the salad was fresh. Will definitely order one of these again.

FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY HYGIENE RATING ONLY 3 NOT 5 AS PHOTOS SHOW ( December 2024)
They are deceiving customers with inaccurate food hygiene score.

Their menus flyers as of now (April 2024) are showing rating of 5 also social media photos

Pardon me while I Cack myself!!
You can put all the hygiene stickers you want on the window, but the wrong deceiving rating which you lie about on your flyer won't help your phone customers
It isn't, it's only 3
Big difference, hygiene is critical for safety, especially if your in an at risk group

Placed order at 5. Rang at 6. Told driver had accident!!! and order just leaving shop. Bearing in mind I live a 3 minute car ride away. Rang again 6.20. Finally arrived 6.30.
Hour and half after placing order. Totally unacceptable. Would give zero stars if possible.

I’ve visited Sandbach I tried the food from hotspot and the food was brilliant. The customer service was quick, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend anyone to come try the food out.

Easy ordering online and collection. We had a Chicken Dupiaza, Chicken tikka balti, vegetable pilau rice and plain naan. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. One of the best take out curries we have had for a while. Service was friendly and quick. We would highly recommend!!

Ordered online, ordered x2 burger meal deals, a kids meal deal and a milkshake. Can within 30 minutes and food was hot fresh and well packed. First time ordering and definetely won’t be the last. Like the fact it comes in cardboard boxes so it doesn’t go soggy. Would highly recommend

Been using Hotspots for 18 months, possibly more than 40x take outs, always been good with the odd exception. However tonight the service was shocking, took ages to deliver then half the food was sent 20 minutes later, so everyone who waited had cold food, can't get through on the phone, constantly engaged. To be fair they did ring back after complaining to the driver but didn't seem that bothered, so to cut a long story short, a loyal customer gone.
